Every coupon has a default multi-use coupon URL e.g. digicpn.com/p/abcdef.
This method offers a basic protection based on a cookie in the consumer’s device.
Consumers can forward their coupon URL to friends or use the same coupon on multiple devices.

Single use codes have a unique coupon URL for every consumer. e.g. digicpn.com/p/abcdef/1234567890
These coupons have a unique location link and are 100% unique, they cannot be used twice.

    How to use?

    Solution 1:
If you use our built-in e-mail orSMS integration, our system will automatically generate a unique link for every e-mail or sms-receiver.

    Solution 2:
Create and download single use codes in our platform. We have a distribution method called “Generate single use codes”.
You can generate test single use codes or a batch file (Excel) with multiple codes.

    Solution 3:
You can also create single use codes with our API.

Retargeting, also known as remarketing, is a form of online advertising that can help you keep your brand in front of bounced traffic after visitors leave your website.

Retargeting is a cookie-based technology that uses a simple Javascript code to anonymously “follow” your target group all over the Web.
Here’s how it works: you place a small, unobtrusive piece of code on your coupon (this code is sometimes referred to as a pixel). The code, or pixel, is unnoticeable to your site visitors and won’t affect your coupon’s performance. Every time a new visitor loads your coupon, the code drops an anonymous browser cookie. Later on, when your cookied visitors browse the Web, the cookie will let your retargeting provider know when to serve ads, ensuring that your ads are served to only to people who have previously visited your site.

Retargeting is so effective because it focuses your advertising spend on people who are already familiar with your brand and have recently demonstrated interest in your coupons. That’s why most marketeers who use it see a higher ROI than from most other digital channels.

    How to set up retargeting

Firstly find a retargeting ad company and setup all the ads.
Secondly add the retargeting pixel code into the coupon builder.
Our platform will load the retargeting pixel and you can start retargeting all your consumers who used a coupon.

Yes, we offer several solutions for locating the coupon redeem location.

    1. On the coupon

You can add a location icon or button on the coupon and you can add unlimited locations for every coupon.
These settings are connected to the “Coupon locations”-page and that page will contain all the redeem locations and a Google map with locations. You can also add opening hours, phone number, e-mail address etc.

    2. On the “in app directory”

You can sort by location. The system will show the nearest coupon location by miles or kilometres.
The system also shows a Google Map with all coupons and coupon redeem locations.

You can enable/disable the sharing options per coupon layout.

When enabled, the consumer can share the coupon to his friends by using Facebook, Google, Twitter, Whatsapp, Viber or Skype.

Sharing is automaticly disabled for protected “single use coupon codes”.

If you are using coupons in protected mode sharing is not available for the consumer.

We offer a solution where you first need to buy the coupon to be able to redeem the coupon. This solution can be used for selling tickets or vouchers. We offer a ready-to-use integration with PayPal and you can integrate your own payment gateway.

Yes Your coupons can be saved to Apple Passbook and you can set an iBeacon UUID.

Costs for available services are listed here on the “pricing page

If you need a managed DFY (Done For You) solution you can contact us here using this form.

We don’t have a limit on the coupons you can deliver per campaign.

We do have a fair use policy.

For every campaign (coupon) you distribute, you can have 2500 claims per month.

If you have more claims, we charge 0.002 dollar for every claim above 2500 claims.

This is cumulative which means that if you have paid for 10 campaigns, you can have 25000 claims in total for your account.

In this case you can have more than 2500 claims for one particular campaign as long as the total of 25000 is not exceeded.

On our pricing page we use the term “campaigns” instead of “coupons” because a campaign can be a coupon a loyalty card or a engaging game.

That’s because, besides coupons, we also offer a loyalty card solution and gamification offers so that you can build multiple campaigns for your customers.
